Registering a pk7 account is free and takes less than two minutes. Go to the Register, enter your username, email address or Malaysia phone number, and a password of your choice. After email or SMS verification, your account is immediately active and ready to use. There are no registration fees.

The minimum age to register and play at pk7 is 21 years old. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure our platform operates responsibly. Age verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal — have a valid proof of identity such as your MyKad ready.

No. Each player is only allowed one account. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of pk7's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your account, use the account recovery function or contact our customer support for assistance.

Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings, then select "Change Password". You will need to enter your current password before setting a new one. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login — a reset link will be sent to your registered email within a few minutes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before players can make withdrawals. You will need to upload a clear photo of your MyKad or passport, and in some cases, recent proof of address. The process is typically completed within 24 hours. For most methods — FPX, digital wallets, and instant bank transfers — deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes. For credit/debit cards, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact our customer support with proof of transaction for immediate manual processing.

pk7 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some banks or digital wallet providers may apply a small fee according to their own policies — this is beyond pk7's control. We recommend checking your bank's or digital wallet's terms before making a transaction.
Withdrawal of Winnings

Log in to your account, go to the "Withdrawal" section, select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete, as it is required for all withdrawals. Winnings will be transferred directly to your registered bank account or digital wallet.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 hours for most methods. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing time. VIP members enjoy priority processing for faster withdrawals. Withdrawals received after 11 PM will be processed at the start of the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50. Daily maximum limits depend on your membership tier — regular members can withdraw up to RM 20,000 per day, while Platinum VIP members enjoy higher limits. The most common reasons a withdrawal is rejected or delayed:
