1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the PK7 platform — whether through our official website at pk7.sx or via the pk7 mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions contained in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms take effect immediately upon registering an account or beginning to use the platform. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use pk7 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3. Registration & Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. PK7 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account. If our system detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — based on IP address, device information, banking details, or other identifying factors — PK7 reserves the right to merge or close those accounts without prior notice.

All transactions carried out through your account are your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

PK7 also reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close any member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Reporting of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Accounts inactive beyond the specified period.

9. Limitation of Liability

The pk7 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, pk7 is not liable for:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from game decisions made by the member.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members while using the platform.

PK7's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms

PK7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
